The apartment is HUGE pre-war, classic NYC apartment in a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood. Very few like this still around, tall ceilings, two living rooms, lots of sunlight. The neighborhood couldn't be better: lots of parks, great restaurants and cafes nearby, and by the main subway line for easy transit throughout the city.
Yours is the largest of 2 bedrooms in this spacious and sunny apartment. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, with a queen-size bed and space for all your things and even to do yoga. (I can leave you my mat!) The rest of the apartment has TWO living rooms, with cozy couches, lamps, one with a Roku TV, decorated for a relaxing atmosphere. A great place to come home to after exploring or working in this incredible city.
For long-term stays, access to washers and dryers in the basement and a laundry card can be made available.

The entire apartment - bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, den (living room 2) - with the exception of my fantastic (and quiet) roommate's bedroom.

I will greet you and can provide assistance or recommendations for things to do, if you like, to help you get settled. I'm available by email in case of concerns or emergencies.
You are free to make yourself at home and I hope you have a wonderful stay. I will clear out space in my bedroom for you to put your clothing and belongings. You may decorate, but not paint, the room with removable items, but please restore the room and the apartment to the condition in which it was left for you. I expect that you will be respectful of your roommate's space and privacy. Smoking is allowed downstairs, but please not directly in the apartment or on the fire escape (for safety reasons). Unfortunately, I cannot allow pets due to allergies.
Wenn du bis zu 7 Tage vor deinem Aufenthalt stornierst, erhältst du eine Rückerstattung über 50 %, plus die Service-Gebühren.
I am a student in New York, from Canada, studying for a doctorate in philosophy. I love to travel, to laugh, and to experience new cultures and personalities. The world is a big place and I want to learn from it as much as I can.
