Maintenance of rooms:
Residents must maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other residents, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Residents must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or a facility in their rooms.

Common Area:
Bike and Storage Unit downstairs, this can be accessed by your room code. Everyone is entitled to use this unit for storage purposes.

Door locks and keys:
Residents must not tamper with (or change) a door lock on the premises, or make copies of keys without the permission of the provider/agent.

OUR POLICIES:
We are in a very exciting neighbourhood, but we are also in a very respectful neighbourhood. We expect that all guests understand and respect this as we want to maintain and uphold the values of this great community.

With this, we please ask that you respect our STRICT POLICIES for:

** (1) NO PARTYING
-If found partying; an additional $2500 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy. PARTYING includes: Loud music, disturbing the peace for fellow neighbours.
**(2) NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING/ ROOMS
-If found smoking in the building/rooms, an additional $1200penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy.
**(3) NO PETS
-If found with PETS in the building/rooms, an additional $550 penalty will be awarded to the guest/s who breach the policy

These policies ensure that everyone both in the building and around it can enjoy it the same way. We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Great apartment in great location. Was perfect for my family of 4 and then as a working base when they went home. Right in the heart of Bondi so everything you could need is on your doorstep. Cheers

Couldn't have asked for a better place for my 6-weeks in Sydney. Great apartment in an unbeatable location. Ben was very quick to respond to a few minor requests that I had and was also very helpful with recommendations. Great experience all around, and hope to be back soon!

Great location and very clean and modern. Not ideal for longer stays as not much is provided (no salt/pepper/oil, trash bags, no dishwasher tablets and only one single use laundry detergent packet). A clothes drying rack would be a good addition as the dryer leaves clothes quite damp. The beach is literally 2 blocks away though and the proximity to so much in Bondi was great! Air conditioning worked really well too. I ended up moving out a week early from my 30 day stay since this was corporate housing for me and I was looking for something a bit more comfortable. If ultra modern is your style, though, you'll be fine here. I'd say this Airbnb property is one of those that feels more like a hotel. I never met Ben, but did talk to him about a slow drain in the bathroom. Would have appreciated instructions for the appliances or someone to show me how they worked. After trying to use the stove, I had to look up YouTube videos to figure out how to turn it off! Ha! Overall, the place was clean and as presented online.

Everything that we provide at our place is listed on the property and whenever any guest chooses to stay with us for long or short period of times it is recommended by Airbnb and myself that you should read what is included in the stay at our place. We appreciate all your suggestions as a guest of ours and will look to see how we can improve overall. We are always looking to improve and better ourselves and this is a great review. In regards to the stove, Kristin had my phone number, I made sure she did as soon as she checked in as I do with every guest. We always want our guest/s to be as comfortable as possible and if she didn't know how to use the stove, Kristin could have called me and I would have been more than happy to assist with this. This apartment was great and very much as described elsewhere. It's modern, clean and centrally located. Ben's responsiveness was great. He was readily available with questions and had some good suggestions for restaurants. Very good service. The location is very central and in the midst of everything (keep in mind that this also means things may be a bit noisy). One small note is that the air conditioning is really only in the main living area and can't really cool the bedrooms.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The location was amazing with Bondi Beach and all it has to offer literally on your doorstep. The outlook from the apartment was beautiful. The huge window that ran the entire length of the living area was so lovely allowing a beautiful breeze and amazing natural lighting. The apartment was modern, clean & practical. We enjoyed every aspect of staying here and can't wait to visit again.
