Book this villa. Just do it. At first we thought the villa looked down on the neighbors based on some of the images, but after more research we realized everything you see in the photo is a part of the villa! There are two parts to the house, with two rooms and two sunning decks. Two jacuzzis (plus a pool), full kitchen (which they keep stocked every day with water and some snacks). We even arrived to a bottle of local wine!
As others have said, Panos is incredible. Check-in was thorough and informative. He is available at any time to meet your needs (yes, he gives you a landline phone to use). He organized airport transfers for us and gave us a great map.
The views. We spent the first two nights trying to find the best view for a sunset. We hiked up to Imerovigli and drove over to Oia. Both were great, but the night we watched the sunset from the villa was the best sunset by far! It was the best angle (in our opinions) and it was peaceful and private (no crowds or crazy winds). We never got over the views the whole time we were there. You can see it from your bed, from the shower (there's an adorable peep hole/window), out on the decks, from the kitchen... It is unmatched!
Location & privacy. This villa has very few villas around it, which is really hard to find on Santorini. There is one public path that runs past the villa in the front, but unless you are in the kitchen you'd never know. The rest of the place is set up above the path so you can't even see it and people definitely can't see you. There is an old stone wall on one side that adds privacy and does not block out any of the view. The stairs up to the main drag that takes you into Fira aren't too steep and there aren't a ton of them. And you really are just steps away from the center of everything.
Again, you should book this place. If we are ever so lucky to return to Santorini in the future we will absolutely re-book here. We won't even look elsewhere. Do it!
