It opens to both the front and rear decks where you can sit back and relax to the daily happenings of beach life. The generous sized dining room has a traditional farm-house style table for 8. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen with its new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare all your meals has been supplied.
Each bedroom has its own in-room TV. The master and first guest bedroom have queen size beds, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer, are also included. Two of the greatest features of this home are the deeded beach access and bay front land.
Just a one minute walk will have you sitting with your feet in the sand on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk through the beautiful, covered, beachfront pavilion that's been built just for this neighborhoods use. Here you'll find tables and chairs beachfront to sit at under the covered shelter, and a beachside BBQ for a picnic lunch or sunset dinner you might want to enjoy, while on the beach. Walk one minute in the opposite direction from the house, towards the Bay, and find another waterfront treasure. Covered and open picnic areas span the waterfront, leading down to the boat dock and fishing pier. Rent a boat or kayak for the day and have a place to tie off to if you wish. Direct fishing and boating access are here for your use. Or just enjoy sitting bayside in the early morning hours watching the sunrise, and beachside in the evening watching the sunset.
