Keys: Keys used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of garage remotes, security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $100 deduction from your bond per item lost. Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. We really enjoyed our stay at Pauls place. The appartment is very modern and via train/tram you can reach easily the CBD. The view from the roof top with pool is very amazing.

The apartment was great with a fantastic view of the school's footy oval which always had something going on! Paul and the team were prompt to reply to questions and the apartment was very clean. The instructions were very clear, but a bit threatening and could be rewritten to be a bit friendlier and some of the rules were a bit excessive!

Had a great stay at Paul's apartment, everything was as expected and comfortable during my stay. Quiet, clean and all new furnishings. Lots of good cafes around the area for breakfast, the river around the back was great for my morning run, and was located close to Toorak Rd where there was a great supply of places to eat dinner. Would love to stay again next time in Melbourne
