1 of the room has broken aircon since long time ago. Hardly understand host's English. Don't expect host's punctuality. No entrance to the home after midnight.

Your complaint was regarded to me as a place manager but here it is clearly a mentioned bad reputation to my place. I didn't rate you however you came with 9 guests & if you read the house rules, I have to charge you for that. You asked me to solve the A.c, however, the last book to the same place at Airbnb from 6 days before you came & there is no complain. I am clear about it was Unintended & you report me after 5 pm. it was so late to do an action. You asked me to come as you want & u inform me to come early around 7 am & you let me without confirming till 8 then you asked me to come. I just delay 10 min & you write about that, however, I stayed more than an hour for your checkout confirmation. Finally, I hope if there is an effective way to help other guests to find them a suitable house because such as this way of unresponsible using evaluation effect on our working here.

After booking confirmation my host told me that he was unable to provide accomodation. So, I found another room by using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Until now I have not get refund payment.

The good The host very nice. He guide and and communicate very well. Location very strategic. Same building with shopping mall. we request iron and the host fulfill our request. . The "not" good Home stay not keep very well. need to improve the cleanliness of the unit. No wifi. We arrive on weekend ( Saturday Sunday) and the maintenance office closed. It's a big deal because one of our requirement is wifi.

This is the most unforgettable lodging in travelling for me and my family, when I called my host a week before my checkin i was told by my host that he had rented out the apartment weeks ago to someone who rental his place for one month (I m renting for 1 day only). My host said sorry to me and refund me 5 days later from the date of my stay. I had to rush for a hotel booking in the last minute of time.

Dear Wong Thanks for your unkind word on my profile and place. I return back your payment with exceed fees and I cancelled your reservation kindly before a week from arrival and that is enough time to arrange another one. Your reservation was so early from 2 month before and only for 1 day and that's will be not fair for any owner to rent his house by that way so if you are owner from my experience don't rent your place to any tenant before long time from date of arrival and make sure your place will book at least 3 days. Finally if you will make fake evaluation to decrease my place recommend on this website that's immoral method to complain and thanks again for your fake evaluation. With my regards Abdelrahman zarad
