Stunning 4 bedroom family home with period features, located right by Queen's Park
Through a passageway (with a wall devoted to black board which young children will adore scribbling on and an inbuilt larder) is a large, bright and beautifully decorated kitchen. On the right-hand wall (which features vibrant splashes of deep orange) there is sleek, minimalist kitchen with appliances. An island in the middle is surrounded by smart bar stools. A beautiful dresser in pale blue softens the décor with a more ‘country living’ touch. Another large sofa sits opposite the breakfast island making the kitchen and dining area perfect for families and friends that enjoy communal living. The antique cherry wood dining table can sit up to 12 and looks out through enormous glass doors onto an immaculate, landscaped garden. There is a generously sized decking area with plenty of room and an al-fresco seating area. If you venture to the back of the garden across the perfectly trimmed grass there is a more intimate dining area for four people and a barbeque. Back inside the house, a WC with pretty bird-patterned wallpaper nestles under the stairs alongside three large coat storage areas and a shoe storage area, meaning clutter can be easily tidied away out of sight. Up the stairs and straight ahead is a charming child’s bedroom with a large bookcase and two windows with tranquil views over the garden. There is a fun bunk-bed and a sofa below it which opens out into a double bed. Beautiful sisal carpets are spread throughout the upper floors of this home. Along the hall there is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a beautiful pink chandelier-style light which little girls would love. Along the hall is the family bathroom with a smart, square sink as well as a large bath with combined overhead power shower. At the front of the house, benefitting from more large bay windows is the master suite with luxurious cream carpets, serene white walls and a charming fireplace. The en-suite has elegant, glass and natural stone tiles and boasts an impressive shower. Up a final flight of stairs, bathed in light from several sky-lights is a serene guest suite with more lovely views over the large garden. This is again tastefully decorated with cream carpets, white walls and white built in cupboards for keeping the area clutter-free and minimal. Off this lofty haven is an en-suite with smart tiles and a good shower. This house strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and period charm with its clean lines, patterned rugs and boutique furniture.

The single beds are suitable for children but not large enough for adults. The eighth guest can be accomodated on a temporary bed. This can be set up in one of the single bedrooms.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
