Whole of 1st floor. 4 poster king sized bed, fitted kitchen (all amenities inc washer dryer and dishwasher), regency windows open onto balcony, 2 comfy sofas + sofa bed if needed, desk.

Perfect central location for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, for the Gold Cup and Cheltenham festivals. Short walking distance to the high street. Equipped for one to four people to stay; a double sofa bed (not queen) available in the spacious living area. Fitted and decorated to a high standard, with home comforts added. Safe, quiet area, well lit at night.

Keys provided to grant access through front or rear entrances to communal chandelier lit marble hallways. Ground floor is an office so the block is quiet at weekends and in the evenings. Private storage available on request for bikes or larger items in the basement. Off road parking is free; easier for smaller vehicles although there is also parking to the rear of the property for any larger cars.

Interaktion mit Gästen

Hosts are local and with prior arrangement can help with transport, catering, or other local assistance. Ordinarily we leave keys with office staff or arrange for key pick up out of hours (any time an option). If needed, we can arrange more direct help for check in and out. Check in / out times negotiable depending on turn around requirements for the next guest; we are as flexible as possible to help you with your stay.

We love children but the flat isn't child proofed (and has glass tables / white sofas), so for babies / toddlers / those just on the move, we leave it to parents to judge whether it will work or not (just ask if you have questions).

This is a beautiful and stylish flat, set in the heart of Cheltenham yet very quiet and private. Well equipped.

Fantastic flat right in the centre of Cheltenham. Sal could not be more welcoming and the communication was excellent. Lovely welcoming space, warm and clean and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Off-road parking was our priority for this short trip, however, the location and apartment itself made me wish we could have stayed longer. Well apportioned and surprisingly quiet given nearby main road, it had everything we could have asked for. Will definitely want to check availability upon our return to Cheltenham.
