Beautiful and modern apartment in the 5th arrondissement. Just 2 minutes from the RER station Port Royal. And a 10 minute walk from the stunning Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon, Saint-Michel area and so much more! A good and very safe area of Paris.
35 m² with a balcony which is ideal for eating outside on warm days and from which you can see the Montparnasse tower.
Aside from the kitchen, bathroom (with a good strong shower), and toilet, there is the main bedroom with a double bed and the lounge which has a sofa that folds out into a double bed.
For this reason the apartment is well-suited to a couple, 3 adults or a couple + 1-2 children.
As well as the RER, there is also a bus stop a stone's throw away where the 91 and 83 buses pass (the latter which takes you to the Champs Elysées. We are also well-served by night buses, and close to Vélib' (bicycle renting) stations.
You will be in the true center of Paris, the apartment is very well placed in Paris, with a lot of transport facilities !
Please don't hesistate to send me a message if you have any further questions.
The 5th district :
Only 10 minutes walk from the stunning Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon, Saint-Michel area and so much more!

The nearest station is Port Royal (RER B).
The line 6 is also only a 10-minute walk away (station Saint Jacques) and takes you to Bir-Hakeim (the stop for the Eiffel Tower). Turn right out of the building, Cross the Boulevard Port Royal and walk in a straight line (down the Rue du Faubourg Saint Jacques) until you see it on your left.
The 91 and 83 buses also run along the Boulevard Port Royal (in both directions).
Wherever you are going, we advise you to go on (URL HIDDEN) where there is a journey planner that will tell you exactly how to get from any point A to any point B. (There is also an application for your smartphone you could use off-line).
Buy your tickets at Port Royal station using the self-service machines. You can buy a carnet of 10 single-journey tickets for around 12 euros or an unlimited day ticket for around 7 euros.
If your journey involves an interchange of metro to RER (or vice versa) you may have to go through more than one set of barriers but use the same ticket! It counts as the same journey. Every bus journey requires a new ticket, however.
The “velibs” (bicycles you will see everywhere) are a nice and inexpensive way to see the city. However, you must have a metal chip on your card for your payment to be processed (I know American cards often do not have this.) You will pay a deposit and just a couple of euros for the day and you can take any bicycle for up to 30 minutes (you would be charged if you exceed this but you can just park your bicycle and take another when you’re running out of time).
Respectful. Tiny. Do not smoke inside. That's all!
