The Asbury Park Council recently passed a Quality of Life ordinance, a.k.a, the "Animal House" rule. Basically, it says, that Asbury Park is a residential community and guests need to respect the neighborhoods in which they stay.
Failure to abide by civil and respectful behavior can result in your removal from the property if there is a neighbor(s) complaint due to noise, large or small gatherings, parties, loud music, voices, garbage or other unruly behavior that is disruptive to the neighbors.
This property (Sunset Cove) has an absolute zero tolerance for all of the above. Please be aware that the police being dispatched to the house; or likewise, a neighbor calling/texting me about disruptive behavior shall be grounds for removal from the home.
Please respect the neighborhood--this home is in a residential neighborhood and unfortunately, everyone isn't on vacation with you :)
All outside activities and socializing must move indoors by 10pm Sunday night thru Thursday night.
Residents of Asbury Park and we love living in a beach town. We have 2 dogs, a Red Nose Pittie and a cocker/King Charles mix--they are the best of friends!
By sharing our home with others it makes us proud that Asbury Park is continuing to grow; is once again a destination; and, finally, provides an opportunity to showcase the diversity of the restaurants and businesses.
