This home is 2 blocks south of "Old Gaylord Street" - a block away from bars and restaurants.. The ultimate home for comfort- a wood burning fireplace, glass shower, Jacuzzi off master bedroom and pergola which includes a 60 inch outdoor TV, fire pit and waterfall.. You might not leave...!

2 bedroom/1 bath unit that includes all the amenities. 1150 square feet with tons of light- I have added extra windows to this home to ensure maximum sunlight. I also added a trex deck and Jacuzzi right off the master bedroom. The pergola is new and you simply cant beat the outside space to keep warm from the firepit after a long hot tub.

Guests enter thru the front door and occupy the entire floor and outside area. I have tenants in the basement that enter and exit thru a separate entrance. The 2 units are completely separate.

Wash Park is the most desirable neighborhood to live in the Denver area. Bring beer and smoke to and enjoy an amazing day of sunshine at Wash Park!

I have 2 mountain bikes (and a kryptonite lock) that I allow guests to use while visiting. Theres a bike path easily accessible to get downtown or to Cherry Creek.

Check out my location. you will see that I am 2 blocks from I-25 (the main highway), 5 blocks from the famous Wash Park and 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars and shops on Old Gaylord St.

TAXES- As you probably know by now, there has been a big deal with hosts(me) not paying taxes we collect from Air B&B. The City of Denver now charges me a 10.7% tax. Air B&B have not figured out a way to coordinate this yet passing this tax to the consumer for privacy reasons. The City of Denver does charge hosts this 10.7% tax starting 1-1-17. With that being said, Air B&B allows us to pass those taxes onto the guests and charge those IN CASH upon your arrival. Please note that will be confirmed once you make a reservation and I will confirm the amount due at arrival. You can call Air B&B customer service at with questions or concerns.
