Hi Jim, there appear to be some inaccuracies in your review. You contacted us after you stayed the first night and mentioned that 1 TV wasn't working. Maintenance came by and determined that someone had stolen the power adapter for a cable box. All other TVs were working fine. We had that issue resolved the next business day. When maintenance was there to replace the power adapter that was stolen, you mentioned that another TV wasn't working now. That TV was working the previous day, but someone in your group moved the TV in the condo. During that time, the power cable was misplaced. Our maintenance rep actually thought someone in your group was playing tricks with him. When we were called out for the AC leaking, it was in fact due to the doors being opened. When maintenance entered the location, the front and side doors were open. He made a point to close them, and inform someone that the doors had to remain closed in order for the temperature in the location to remain cool. Immediately after that statement, someone else walked in the side door, and left the door open. Maintenance had to go shut the door again. When we came by to check the location again, the side door was still open, with no sign of anyone being home. The hot air from outside caused the inside coils of the AC to freeze over. Once the inside coils freeze over, the ice thaws out when air moves over them causing water build-up under the AC.
You may recall the we got the one TV out of 5 total working the first business day of your stay. For the rest of your stay, the condo had fully functioning TVs except for when someone in your group moved the TVs and misplaced the power cord. All issues reported by someone in your group were taken care of, 100%, and in a timely manner.
We however, did not charge your group for the broken landscaping lights damaged during your stay. We also granted your group a 3 hour early check-in when asked on your day of arrival.
