Stay in a beautiful queen size bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It's at the back of the house overlooking the deck with views to the mountains. You'll have your own private bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower plus towels, soaps and shampoo.
There is a second queen size room if you are travelling with family or friends who are happy to share the bathroom for an extra $30.00 per person per night including breakfast.
Our own bedroom with en-suite is at the front of the house away from the guest rooms.
BREAKFAST is provided with tea & coffee, assorted cereals, milk, yoghurt, fruit, toast, crumpets with lemon butter and crab apple jelly and you can make a cuppa or prepare a meal in our kitchen at other times. We are happy to provide a cooked breakfast for a modest fee, just let us know when booking.

The kitchen, dining and family room are open plan and you're welcome to share these spaces with us or to relax in the comfortable formal lounge room. You may also choose to eat on the back deck which has a BBQ for your use, or in the comfortable cane chairs on the front porch.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and outdoor areas, and we have a small selection of overseas power adapters you can borrow.
Laundry facilities are available on request.

The privacy of our guests is always respected, but you are most welcome to interact with us as much as you wish. We're long term residents and know the region inside out. We can give you advice plus food outlet menus, tourism brochures and local maps to help you sample all that Tamworth and beyond has to offer.
Whatever the reason for your visit, we provide a convenient, safe and friendly environment and look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The Tamworth CBD is 8 minutes drive away. Taxi fares around town are about $15.00 to $20.00. There is a bus stop nearby.
The street is a quiet cul-de-sac, and our neighbours are lovely people, so we ask that you respect them and please be aware of noise levels. Guests cannot invite other people to the home. Smoking is okay on the rear deck and in the garden areas. No smoking in house. Sorry, our cat said "no pets".

We are a retired, fit and healthy couple who enjoy meeting people and we are thoroughly enjoying being Airbnb hosts. Our many interests include, gardening, wildlife, travel, photography the beach and old cars.
We are neat and tidy, very houseproud and respect other peoples places.
We have a daughter and grandson living in Italy so we enjoy traveling to visit them and while we are there, we always add on a side trip to other parts of Europe. We do plan to see more of Australia later in our retirement.
