Stepping into this stunning Kensington townhouse, one is immediately struck by the grandness of the property. Spacious, majestic and stately the entire home is adorned with beautiful antiques, paintings and unique furniture.

On the ground floor a hall takes you into the lounge and dining area. The large bay windows, with views of the garden; allow for plenty of natural light and this along with the tall leafy trees, make the lounge a most pleasant place to relax. The next door dining room has space for 8 guests and the large, antique table complete with silver candle holders alludes to regency dining.
Downstairs on the lower-ground floor is the roomy kitchen complete with french windows. These open on to a compact secluded, leafy garden, there is even a BBQ and chairs for al-fresco dining. The kitchen itself is complete with all the mod-cons, including a coffee maker and large America-style fridge-freezer. There is plenty of surface space and a smaller dining table for those less luxurious meals.
Next door is a snug den, complete with board games and huge flat screen Sony HDTV (54 inches). The room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a number of delightful antique chairs. There is also a downstairs w/c for your convenience.
On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom, complete with juliette balcony and en-suite bathroom. The queen bed is beautifully complimented by the antique wooden storage chest at the the foot of the bed. The large en-suite shower room boasts twin sinks and a luxurious jet-shower.
On the top floor there is a family bathroom which includes a bath/ shower, w/c and sink. The two bedrooms are both fresh and bright and furnished with a double bed and a king-size bed, one of which is a four-poster! Both rooms boast wonderful antique fittings, including delightful vintage bedside lamps and furniture with plenty of storage space.
The fourth bedroom, whilst compact, has a sofa bed and views over the road to the front.
