AMAZING opportunity to stay at this WATERFRONT condo on the MARINASIDE, directly overlooking GRANVILLE ISLAND! Luxury living in this excellent 700sqft floor-plan, bright 1 bedroom and spacious den, gas fireplace, defined dining and living space, stunning views, and excellent natural light. SOLID building & RESORT amenities include concierge services, indoor pool, gym, sauna/hot tub and squash court. FRONT DOOR to the seawall, 4 blocks away from the SkyTrain, steps to fine dining & shopping. One Parking Stall Included. Life is GOOD.

There are no reviews as this is the first time I am listing my apartment (I'd like to go travelling for a few months)! You can call me and we can face-time if you want a tour of the place!

This condo has a fantastic layout with sparkling views of False Creek and Granville Island! It's designed to take full advantage of the natural setting - not to mention the surrounding tree-lined streets, wide boulevards and flowering landscaped gardens.

Full set of china serving up to 6 guests. Full set of cookware and accoutrements, including infused olive oils (Basil, Thyme, and Rosemary), Fleur De Sel, Coconut Oil, and all the usual spices and baking needs! In-suite Washer and Dryer for maximum convenience. Other kitchen features include:
- Dishwasher
- New Stove and Oven
- Red Wine, White Wine, Port, Rocks, and Scotch Glasses
- Coffee Mugs
- Coffee maker and coffee grounds that I personally bought in Medellin, Colombia (I also have a french press and an AeroPress).

5 stars across the board for hospitality. Drewe was a fantastic host. Very responsive, accomodating, and the place was just like the pictures - except the views are so much better in person. Fast wifi, big parking spots, a comfy bed and minutes walk to some cool coffee shops, lounges, and english bay.

Stayed here for Canada Day weekend. Great location and great place to relax with the family with our 3 year old. We loved the view of False Creek from the balcony. Drewe was a great -- very communicative and accommodating.

The view from Drewe's place is absolutely stunning. Proximity to False Creek and Granville Island is unparalleled. The apartment is compact but has it all excepting for a TV. Drewe was a very responsive host. One recommendation is that guests should make sure to read the description document that Drewe sends, before getting there.

The condo is really nice very clean it's best place for holiday....The checkin is really good .... I recommend it to anyone, even me when i go back to vancouver i will check if it is available to take my vacancy

AMAZING views and the place is very very bright - my husband and I stayed at Drewe's place with our 11 month old son and found it to be so much fun to walk around the sea wall, to have the beach right beside you, plus Granville island to explore- and we so enjoyed our evenings and mornings on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze and seeing the lights ! Would recommend for those who want a fun but still private city adventure - Drewe is also very hospitable and showed us around the place before taking off - easily accessible as well during our time if we had questions. Overall it was a great experience

Drewe was exceedingly helpful and gracious, even when we realized as we were leaving and realized we still had his parking pass. The place was exactly as described, neat and clean and wonderfully appointed. He even went to the effort to stock a few items especially for my wife who was competing in a triathlon. Top notch, all the way around
