Wonderful two storey apartment with large balconies overlooking the Patraic bay. The view is stunning and you can spend long, pleasant hours sipping your coffee, enjoying your meal or simply contemplating the amazing sunsets.
What I expect from my guests isl to respect the place as if it were theirs.
The rules of the apartmens are:
- we respect the "quiet hours" which are two thirty to five thirty in the afternoon and eleven to 7.30. This does not mean of course that we become like mummies.
- In general, loud noise is to be avoided except for in special cases, like birthdays or any social gatherings.
- The electricity bills are "fire" so there are very simple rules to follow so that they do not become exaggerated. One of them is the water heater which should not be left on for more than the time necessary for heating the water necessary of taking a shower or a bath (10-15 minutes).
- I hope there will be some care for our plants that need to be watered every day during summer.
As in every house there are some more important rules and other less important ones. We can discuss them in viva voz.

I am a friendly and open-hearted Greek woman. I like to meet people from all over the world and I believe I am a hospitable person. I like music, reading and writing, watching movies.
I like various kinds of music: classic (favorite pieces the sonatas for violoncello by J.Sebastian Bach and concerts for mandolin by Vivaldi). Traditional Greek instruments (sandouri, kanonaki, oud, flute, clarinet, zournas etc.). Spanish flamenco, jazz, ethnic music etc. etc. etc.
I like Russian and English cinema, historic movies, comedies. Favorite film: Solaris by Tarkovsky. I also like American and British comedians (can't remember right now. 5 things I can't live without? My prayer rope, two or three religious books, an oil lamp.
As a guest I am easy-going and pleasant and eager to give information and, if I have some free time to show people around. What I don't like though is loud noise. When I was young I liked travellling by train. Now I am more conformistic. My life motto: "Look at the lillies of the field. They toil not, neither do they spin...."
