The place felt like home, and the location was fabulously close to everything. The parking pass was an added bonus, and we left our car parked during our stay because we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see and visit.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, and had a wonderful time. Some major highlights: 1) Parking pass - we left our car parked the entire stay, and were easily able to walk everywhere we wished to go. 2) Quiet homebase - we were glad to have a place to rest quietly after exploring all day and before setting out again in the evening. 3) Great coffee shop around the corner - Check out Les Cafes du Soleil down the block, we had breakfast here each morning and took sandwiches for the road. The only minor criticism was the internet speed, which was usually fine, but slowed to a bit of a crawl a few times. A minor inconvenience, and we weren't visiting to stay indoors anyways. Thanks again for a great vacation spot!

We had a really great time at the condo in Quebec. The location is unique. Just around everything. The condo itself was beautiful, well equipped, clean, stylish and cosy. Beautiful roof top terrace with amazing views. I don't think it can get any better in Quebec! Highly recommended

We enjoyed a lovely, spring weekend at this property. The apartment is very cozy, perfect for two, and was very clean and modern. Our only issue was the host was an hour late for check-in due to car troubles, which left us driving around looking for internet service so we could use our phones to connect with her. We also went onto the roof terrace, only to find the door locks after you go out, so be careful, and be prepared with the door codes from the welcome packet! After that, though, our weekend was great, and everything according to plan. The location is very walkable to any part of Old Quebec. The city itself is built on a steep hill, with the apartment being at the bottom. So be sure to bring your walking shoes, and be ready to hike the hills! It's a stunning city, and the closest thing to Europe I've seen in North America, yet. We are excited to return, and spend more time!

Just returned home after staying at Les Immeubles Charlevoix Courtier and we hope to return someday. The location is perfection; a 5-7 minute stroll down to Quartier Petit Champlain, a 7-10 minute stroll up to the Terrasse Dufferin and everything surrounding the area. We had a 7 year old and a 3 year old with us and they walked up/down/all around without much of a peep (no stroller). The rental is wonderfully equipped with everything you need (laundry machine was a lifesaver with kids!) and was impeccably clean. Loved everything about it!

Awesome place! Strongly recommend. Very clean and quiet. Great neighborhood. Just few minutes away from everything.

This condo was perfect for our weekend away in Quebec! The parking permit for the lot just across the street was very handy and definitely made our stay all the more pleasant and convenient. Beautifully decorated, and a great location to explore the old town on foot. No closed bedroom but sleeping area was well divided and private all the same. Definitely recommend. :)
