My cottage was built in 1900 and is mostly original with exposed beams. Two bedrooms upstairs are yours to use. One room has a double, and the 2nd room has a trundle, and desk. Our bathroom is updated with knotty pine, new shower, sink, and toilet.
Price includes 3 meals a day for 2.
$50 for each additional person beyond the 2 original guests.
A child under 10, is $20.
Boat rides, kayak, 2 restaurants on lake, swimming, horseshoes, you will need a fishing license to fish, etc.
1 hr. to Boston, Providence, Hartford, 1 1/2 hr. to the Berkshires.
We also have a washer and dryer, and provide towels and bedding.
Whatever we have is yours to use.

We will also provide you with a boat ride to shore at any time.
There are 20 cottages on our island, and the islanders make up a very friendly community.
You will be parking your car on our mainland property "open lot" at 38 Point Pleasant Road. (To find us on () Maps look for 62 Point Pleasant Road; I keep trying to fix ).
We have a dock there for our boat. Anyone under 13 must have a life jacket for any boat rides.

Bring only casual clothes, shoes, and bathing suits!
No rough housing, as our 100 year old cottage is an antique and pretty much original! This is NOT a party home.
All inclusive, but BYOB.
Anyone under 13 yrs must wear a life jacket on the boat (you get to the island on our pontoon boat).
You may have company, but no more than 8 total, as we only have 1 bathroom. We will also be here to monitor our cottage. We reserve the right to return anyone to shore who gets out of hand, rude, or disrespectful.
