Large condo for rent in one of Montreal's nicest neighborhoods. It is located in a quiet area of the Plateau, close to beautiful Parc Lafontaine, Mount Royal Avenue (grocery stores, bars, restaurants), bike lane and transit. A lot of charm.
Hi! My apartment is on the second floor of a century old building. The apartment still has all of it's antique charm mixed in with a sleek modern feel. There is a huge double room that acts as a sunny living room on one side and a quiet office space or second bedroom on the other. The apartment has a very large dining room stock-full of books, perfect for entertaining. The adjacent bedroom is roomy and comes with a queen bed. The old style bathroom is cozy, and comes with a large clawfoot bathtub. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to cook meals, as well as a quaint deck overlooking the back court.
The apartment has a lot of storage and closet space and comes with fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Includes wi-fi, basic phone, heat and hot water. It's completely furnished, except for the double room that is left empty for you to furnish depending on your needs.
The apartment is situated in one of Montreal's most coveted neighbourhoods - The Plateau Mont-Royal. It is two blocks away from Lafontaine Park, and 3 blocks away from Mont-Royal Ave where you can find Grocery store, butcher shop, Cheese shop, Drug Store, Restaurants, Liquor Store and bars.
Sherbrooke and Papineau Metros are a short walk away, bus stops and Bixi stations are also close by. Free Parking on the street. Only a short distance away from Downtown and all of Montreal's summer and cultural events.
Monthly rental only. Available January, 1st, 2015.

Hi! My boyfriend and I are two young Canadians working in the arts field. We travel at least one time a year and we like to mix leisure time, cultural visits and hiking trips when we do so.
