A detached townhouse recently renovated to a very high standard with polished concrete floors throughout, a modern, well equipped kitchen, private secluded garden and off street parking for 2 cars.

The property boasts one king size suite with walk in wardrobe, a queen size second bed room and a double bunk room for the kids or a 5th adult.

The house is for the exclusive use of our guests so remains free of personal clutter, yet retains a cosy, homely feel!

Rockett lane offers a peaceful and shady refuge from the beautiful beaches of Cottesloe. Perfectly located a a short stroll from Cottesloe village and the shops and restaurants of Napoleon street, the house is within easy reach of Cottesloe rail station, Stirling highway and is just a 15 minute amble from the heart of the beach scene.

There are also 2 well equipped childrens playgrounds within 200m of the front door for those with little explorers to entertain.

Whole of house access

We are in the area but will not plan to intrude on your stay personally. We are of course happy to answer any questions/make recommendations to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable holiday.

Beautiful Cottesloe has so much to offer from the stunning beaches and magnificent sunsets to the excellent selection of local restaurants and bars. The area has a laid back pace of life and is an easy hop in to town or Fremantle. We feel very lucky to live here and are excited about sharing our house with you!

You could not be better located!! Tucked away in a leafy Mews, it is just a few minutes walk away from Cottesloe village and all of its shops and cafes. Easy access to Stirling Highway makes travelling further afield effortless and the Fremantle/Perth train line is just at the end of the road.

The beach is an short 15 minute amble across the train tracks and the beautiful leafy river precinct of peppermint grove is also easily within a few minutes walk.

Although the house is spacious we have a strict 6 guest maximum including children of all ages.

This is a residential area and we require guests to be respectful of our neighbours.

No smoking in doors, No pets, No school leavers, No parties, No noise after 22:00pm. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the rental and fees may apply.

The house is part of a Strata development, and as such, we ask guests not to let children play in the communal drive way (there is a private yard and 2 nearby playgrounds) and to keep the car port clear of clutter.
