Enjoy your full Kitchen, Dining Table, and Flat Screen TV while staring out into the deep blues of the pacific ocean. This corner unit, with the best view in the building, will show what the sunrise and sunset is like in Hawaii, as well as the Friday night firework show at the Waikiki Lagoon.
The building has a gym ($5 for your entire stay), Pool/Jacuzzi, BBQ deck area, Spa, Rent a Car, Bakery, Lounge, Night Club, Pub, and some GREAT restaurants Cream Pot and Choco, you need to try. It is also a very secured building with 24hr security guards, secured key entry elevators, and security cameras and every hallway, entry way, and elevator.
Location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to the main shopping areas and, 5 minutes to Mccully Shopping center, a nice strip mall with all the Asian food you can think of. There are many nice restaurants on your way to the beach and a full grocery store 2 blocks away, Food Pantry on Hobron Lane.
Treat yourself to a clean, relaxing environment and enjoy your well deserved vacation.

Awesome views just like in the pictures! Stayed a week in Jason's beautiful penthouse. Jason was really helpful & had excellent communication. Will be back next year!

Apartment with amazing views over Honolulu! We could even see the fireworks show on the Friday night from our kitchen. Awesome apartment, clean bright and HEAPS of space! Perfect for our family!

Beautiful view! We had a wonderful stay. The penthouse is as nice as the pictures show. The host, Jason, is very kind and help ful. We really recommend it!

There are some real positives about this "penthouse" (PH 102) including its location (very central to major shopping centres, cafes, restaurants and Waikiki beach) and some outstanding views (as has been commented upon by others). Jason's responsiveness is also to be commended. There's some significant work, however, that needs to be undertaken at this place to realistically call it a penthouse. Specifically: 1. the air-conditioning is woeful (it's old and noisy and appears to be the original system from 1951, when the place was constructed); 2. the kitchen (stove and fridge) and laundry appliances are very old and not appropriate for a penthouse; 3. the windows are dangerous as they're only 80 or so centimetres from the floor, with no restriction on their opening, meaning that a child could climb out of them, with potentially fateful consequences (from the 39th floor); 4. the electrical plugs are dangerous, particularly the one behind one of the sofas where wires are visible and the plug is broken (that you don't see in the photos); 5. parts of the en-suite were dirty and unfinished; 6. the bench-top timber support was unpainted (why?); 7. we couldn't make the shower in the (very old) bathroom work; 8. the wardrobe sliding doors were barely functional; 9. not all of the lights worked; 10. pipework was visible in the wardrobes. If this place were updated, it would be a fantastic showpiece and deserve the "penthouse" title! At this stage, however, it's poor and was a real disappointment to us, particularly given the pricing. If the airbnb advertisement had stated that the place is only partially renovated and that it sits within a building that was constructed in 1951 and hasn't really been renovated since, then that would present a more balanced view. Had this information been provided, we'd have looked at "name" hotels in the area, where a room (not even a penthouse) provides significantly better value and holiday comfort.

今回女子旅で使わせて頂きましたが、すごく満足です。 まず、景色がキレイ。部屋もキレイに掃除されています。 部屋も広くて女3人には十分な広さでした。 値段は決して安くないけど、3~4人で泊まるなら良いと思います。 キッチンも広く、使いやすかったです。必要最低限の生活用品は置いてあります。 立地はワイキキビーチへは徒歩20分くらい。アラモアナセンターへも徒歩20分くらいでした。セキュリティもしっかりしてます。 また利用したいと思いました。
