This was a nice little suite in a quiet area of town. Connie is an excellent host. Check in and check out were easy. She made herself available for assistance but wasn't overwhelming or lurking.

The apartment is located in a 2015 modern building. It is very clean and quiet, located steps away from the Marina. The apartment is a studio, not a one-bedroom apartment. The bed could be separated with sliding glass panels from the living room for a little privacy. The whole apartment has 664 sq ft, which felt OK for a family of four. The kitchen is great, modern and well appointed. Everything works well. The balcony is a good size, but it faces towards some abandoned industrial businesses with the mountains in the background. No view of the lake or actual downtown. The building is very quiet, and the traffic around the building is light. We slept well every night. The AC works great while being quiet too. The only issue we had was with the brand new, unused bbq. It was a cheap electrical bbq unable to cook anything. I am sure Connie took note and will replace it with a functional bbq.

The bldg is new modern, trendy and open concept. All the bedroom suites in the building have the frosted slidding glass doors to separate the bedrooms from the main living space except for the studios (325sq ft i think). I did check the BBQ after Dragos mentioned it took a long time to heat up and it heated up within minutes. I think it took so long because it was the first time used ( thank you for the feedback on the BBQ)

Connie was so great and welcoming, I was greeted with a local bottle of wine and when I lost (but found) the set of keys she got there so fast with the second set! Would definitely stay there again!
