WELCOME to Powderhorn located in the Whistler Benchlands - enjoy the tranquility of the Forest setting within walking distance of everything Whistler has to offer located just above Upper Village.
In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, a short walk away, where there are tons of children’s activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers market is also held every Sunday in the same location. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails and the main Whistler Village is a 15-20 minute walk through a beautiful forested area crossing a small river. The Chateau Whistler Golf course is also just around the corner!
In the Winter, it is a short walk to the Blackcomb Ski lifts and there are cross country ski and snow shoe trails close by, including the Whistler Valley Trail system. During the winter season, the ski home trail “Home Run” is completely accessible and ends right across the street. A relaxing home away from home after a long day on the mountain. Lost Lake Nordic trails are a short walk, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and explorers.
This modern 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo is on the main floor from the entrance, with elevator access from the parkade. Upon entering, there is a large open plan living space, full kitchen with everything you need, dining for up to 6, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with BBQ. Around the corner off the hallway are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed with a double sided fireplace. The second smaller bedroom has twin bunk beds. There is a sofa bed in the living area also. Free WiFi, cable and local calls included. This property has secure underground parking included. There is common area hot tub access with a large patio and panoramic views as well as a large balcony overlooking the forest for privacy, making this property the ideal place for longer stays or just a quick weekend getaway for the entire family.
The complimentary Village Shuttle buses that run every 7-15 mins, stop nearby, with easy access to Village ski lifts, retail stores, restaurants and nightlife!

Payment and Cancellations
The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement without prior written consent.
Harmony Whistler encourages guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.
Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.
The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email 7 days before arrival. The majority of our properties have door codes which will be issued to you for the dates of your stay.
All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
Prior to check-in, airbnb will collect a pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests are expected to notify Harmony Whistler immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week clean if requested by the guest. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.
Most properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle, unless otherwise stated (exceptions - The Aspens & Glacier Lodge). There is visitor parking at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact Harmony Whistler to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.
All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. Please contact Harmony Whistler for further information. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.

Any occupants that exceed the Standard Occupancy limitation are subject to a $25.00 per person per night.
Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms and schedule may result in termination and forfeiture of deposits.
Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.
The Owner / Harmony Whistler shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.
