The property is located at No1, Agion Anargiron Street and it has just been fully renovated on April 2013 to meet the high standards of Live in Athens, short stay apartments.
Designed and equipped with respect to its history, this building has become a new landmark of the city center with its rainbow painted stairs participating in the artistry of the city!
Like all Live in Athens apartments, it is in walking distance from all major attractions and downtown hip areas. Only few minutes walk to Acropolis, Acropolis new museum, Ancient Greek & Roman Agora, Gazi, Keramikos, Plaka and in the heartbeat of Athens by night!
Staying at Psirri neighborhood is an experience that is beyond living in Athens of nowadays. Indeed, you will feel the fingerprints that have been left behind at a neighborhood that has been inhabited for more than 3400 years.

Live in Athens #03 is more than fully equipped to host up to 6 visitors!
Along with its 2 bedrooms (one king size and one double), this apartment has a living room that turns into a bedroom for two, a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, and three private balconies, one in each room, with herbs and view to the square. Booking Live in Athens #03 means that, you are staying at the first floor of an independent building, with only one studio suite (Live in Athens #04) on the second floor. Go up one floor and you can have access to a two level roof garden connected with each other with a colorful staircase. You will find yourself in a fine-smelling herb garden with the blue Athenian sky above your head and the magnificent view of Psirri square with two famous gigantic graffiti! Take the colorful stairs one level up and you are on the second roof garden where you can either taste the strawberries that Vassilis is growing on the apartment’s kitchen garden or even lie on the sunbed for a sunbath under the bright sun. Chairs, tables, herbs, lemon trees, sun-beds, the roof gardens are equipped to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay! For breakfast, dinner, sun bathing or just hanging around with the tenants of #04, this is the high light of the apartment.
As always, along with the apartment you will find “homemade” tips about what’s going on in the city, as well as products from local producers, free of charge. The Live in Athens team will be around in case you want to take some of those little surprises back home, in order to share your Athenian experience with friends.
1. Dogs and other Pets
Pets are not accepted.
The basic cleaning has to be done by the Client. This includes the cleaning of the
kitchen equipment and objects of utility as well as to empty the garbage cans. The
final cleaning will be done by Live in Athens. Cost of the final cleaning are given on
the rental offer.
3. Noise Prevention House Rules
Each tenant is responsible for ensuring that avoidable noise in the apartment, in the house, the yard and the property does not occur. Volume of radios, TV, CD player and so on have to be put down to reasonable levels which do not disturb other neighbors. Special consideration is the time from 15.00 to 17.30 clock and in particular between 22.00 and 07.30 in the night rest time. A “noise and damage deposit” aplies in all bookings. The amount depends on the number of days and persons visiting (eg. 100euros for 2 visitors 4 nights).
Celebrations and parties are not allowed. Under special circumstances by prior arrangement (tenancy agreement before closing) small events can be permitted by the landlord.
