First of all, you messaged me at 2pm asking me to check in asap because "I am at the train station and have no place to go"-I asked my cleaning crew to get my place ready for you by 3pm, instead of the initial 4pm agreed-so I'm not sure what the "terrible experience" was given I was super nice getting the place ready an hour earlier than initially agreed knowing that I had a guest checking out the day of your check in.
Quiet hours on my listing are 7pm-7am. I understand you went to sleep at 5pm because of your long trip, and were up at 9.30pm, and I am not sure what time you went back to sleep, but for the future I suggest you review the quiet hours.
Regarding returning the keys, you initially asked me to check out at 1pm. The morning of the check out you asked me to check out at 5pm- you knew I had another guest checking in that day but I agreed to that as long as you left your belongings at my main entrance. At 6pm And having not heard from you, I messaged you asking you what time you would be returning my house keys. Receiving no response, I messaged you again and told you that if you didn't drop off the keys by 6.30pm I would be contacting airbnb and the police. Interestingly enough, you showed up at my door at 6.30pm.
Worth to mention is that seeing that I was very upset, you offered me money to keep my mouth shut!
I am a strong believer in the airbnb community (I have been hosting people from all over the world for the last two years) and you are, unfortunately, the only bad review I've given to anyone in two years.
