Los Cabos, located at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, is home to San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy the old-time charm of Mexico in San José del Cabo. Meander through downtown San José and peruse the quaint shops and vibrant food of the local restaurants. Venture out to the San José Estuary and glimpse some of the hundreds of species of tropical and migratory birds. Switch gears and explore the energy of Cabo San Lucas, where you can enjoy the night life, market, marina, beaches and restaurants that make it one of Mexico’s top 5 tourist destinations. Parasailing, snorkeling and whale watching tours are available, as well as glass boat tours to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas and Lover’s Beach.

Public transportation is available between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas along the Transpeninsula Highway behind the resort. The bus runs every 15 minutes. There are no set schedules or stops. When you see the bus, while you wait for it along the highway, wave to let the bus driver know you would like to be picked up – it’s that simple!

At the resort, you’ll find a concierge staff, rental car desk — should you want to forego the bus — an incredible pool complex with a swim-up bar and Restaurant Mama Mia with an ocean view and live music nightly. It’s the no-hassle destination, full of color and culture.

Note: There is no swimming at the resort beach due to a dangerous undertow. The nearest swimming beach is five miles away and can be reached by bus, taxi or rental car.

Proof of citizenship is required to enter Mexico. Visitors should regularly monitor the U.S. State Department’s website at (URL HIDDEN) where the current Worldwide and Caution Travel Alert, Travel Warnings and Travel Alerts can be found.

Nice place to stay at, right on the ocean. Good for families. Rey was easy to work with.

Rey and Cindy were prompt and responsive in regards to the studio. The resort was nice, but the room was GREAT. Awesome views of the sunrise from the balcony, cozy, and spacious - nice to have access to laundry machine - it was the perfect end to my trip. Thanks again!

My host Rey responded quickly and vary professionally and down to earth with friendly gestures. This is my first experience using Airbnb and Rey gave Accurate discriptions for his unit to suit my needs and comfort . The unit set up is awesome, with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and cozy lounge areas for pool swinging with a swim up bar for the adults and fun activities for children, with floatations to boot! I was really surprised to see a washer and dryer and dishwasher in this unit, pretty cool..... I enjoyed the short bus ride to the little Mexican town of San Jose Del Cobo, I went there everyday.... I recommend this unit to families with young children as its more of a quite location and a smaller conpound for total relaxation . The beach is not safe to swim, but the pools our what most people enjoy. Thank you Rey and family for my first time great experience in your Airbnb......!

This place is nice! The kitchen and balcony and washer/dryer combo make this a perfect place to stay for a few days or even longer. It is right along the coastline, where you can walk and enjoy the beauty of the Sea of Cortez as you enjoy the warm breezes and starry nights. Be careful with the beach behind the resort, the water is super choppy, and there are signs telling you that swimming would be a fatal error, trust me, do not try to swim there! There is wireless internet access at the resort, so if you want to stay connected to the outside world or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or whatever, you can. The bus runs right at the top of the driveway from the resort, and that'll take you either into San Jose del Cabo or the other way to Cabo San Lucas. Be advised that if you take the bus to the airport, it will drop you off fairly far from the terminals and check in area, so definitely split a taxi or shuttle with other guests who are headed to the airport! Don't forget to tip the staff, they are outstanding, VERY helpful and VERY kind, welcoming folks. And by all means, ask them where they like to eat, that's where you get the real authentic taste of Baja. Live like the locals!

If you want a quiet and nice place with great&friendly&helpful staff- you have found it. Rey owns a timeshare at WorldMark, so the studio you get will depend on the availabilities. I stayed in a really big studio on the 4th floor with view on the ocean - it was amazing. The studio is fully furnished, with a bid kitchen, a double bed, a sofa and a large bathroom. This Worldmark complex has a nice swimming pool (with a bar in it), a private beach (though you cannot swim in the ocean neither here nor anywhere close because of the strong current and waives), a restaurant (I haven't eaten there), a tennis court and a nice fitness room. The Mega supermarket is only 15mn away by walk. Right in front of the complex there is a bus stop and in 15mn you can get to San Jose city center. There is not much to do there, except dinning. Unless you plan to drive around and want to rent a car, you can easily get to WorldMark from the airport with a shuttle ($13) and on your way back to the arirport take a cab ($25). Rey has been vert helpful, reactive to my emails and responsive to my questions. He informed the reception of my arrival and my check-in went well. The only negative thing is that you have to pay to get internet access in the rooms. There is wifi at the resort's restaurant Mama Mia, but the connection is not that great. Last advice: do not keep any sweet food out at night as there are ants. I had read about it in a review but did not pay attention - I cut fruits and forgot to clean up, so in the morning I discovered many ants. My bad!
