Enjoy a striking view incomparable on either side of the Mississippi. There are no neighbors for at least a quarter of a mile, and no neighbors are visible from anywhere on the property.

The interior features additional custom cut and installed "Winona Stone," on all countertops throughout, including custom stone bookshelf. The stone was sourced from the same company used by the original owner in the 1950s. The kitchen sink is carved from one solid piece of limestone, all designed, custom cut and installed by the Biesanz Stone Co., complementing the open concept kitchen.
The master bedroom features a private “en-suite” bathroom with a walk-in closet. There is a large concrete deck leading out from the first floor with a gas grill for guests to use. There is also a deck off the main floor dining room, and off the master bedroom. There are panoramic views of the Mississippi River from most rooms and exterior decks.
