The location it is great because it is next door to Al Manzil Hotel great to get a cab (Drop in Drop Off) 24 H. or a drink before flight or on arrival in Dubai.

Next door there are restaurants, convenient stores (supermarket, laundry, coffee shops included Starbucks Coffee and Baker and Spice and nail spa / hair dresses) well-known gym "Fitness First" and a famous Italian Pizzeria "800 Pizza".

In only 500 meters from your "Door-Step" you can have few "Land Marks" of Dubai Like:

The OLD TOWN (New development project from Emaar hand over end 2009).

Lovely apartment very cozy and in a beautiful area very easy to walk around in the heart of Downtown. Livinio was a polite and efficient host. He was very responsive when some minor issues came up and resolved them quickly and effectively.
