HOUSE RULES

To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

• Damage, Breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

• Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed by email.

• Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

# ELECTRICITY USAGE CHARGES APPLY
Towards the end of your stay we ask that the client pays for the electricity usage.
The way we assess this charge is by taking a snap shot of the most current bill and texting or emailing it to you. On the bill you will see the (DAILY USAGE CHARGES) which can range between $2.50 to $5.00 per/day.


# TENANTS WILL BE CHARGED A minimum fee of $700.00 if parties are held at the premises.

• Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am

# Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

# Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish removed.

# The tenant is obliged to take care of the property and is obliged to keep the accommodation in the same condition as found on arrival. Furthermore, the tenant is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss occurring in the accommodation due to his own fault or the fault of accompanying persons.

To avoid additional cleaning charges dishes should be cleaned properly including grease build up and burns on pans.

# Food & rubbish is to be disposed of by the client and spillages must be cleaned up.

A replacement fee will be charged for towels stained by hair dyes, bleaches, tanning & make up.

# Please note that there is no need to wash bed linen or towels as these will be professionally laundered.
PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINEN, TOWLES ETC IN THE BLUE LAUNDRY BAG LOCATED LAUNDRY AND PLACE IN THE LAUNDRY SINK!

There will be 3 sets of Keys. One set in the lockbox and the other 2 in the apartment.
We highly recommend leaving the third set in the lock-box incase you lock yourself out.

• Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
• No smoking is allowed in the building.
