This really is a nice bedroom with great 75 yr. old paneling and glass art. Comfortable with desk/chair for laptop and dresser. Tastefully decorated with lovely old oak flooring which makes it very cozy. It leads out of a sliding glass door to a great deck for relaxing or soaking up sun and/or gaze at the moon and the stars.
Great neighborhood within walking distance to the Rockville Metro and Rockville Town Center (three to four blocks.
The space is very cute room with antiques galore with a single bed (new mattress), dresser and plenty of room in armoire for hanging clothes and vintage wing-back chair for relaxing or reading with floor lamp, interesting art, unique mirrors at eye level by the bed and a great deck just outside the sliding glass doors.
Zugang für Gäste
The bedroom is great, but unless you are familiar or the other guest(s) are family or friends in the master bedroom, the full bathroom in that room can not be used. The one you must use is down the stairs on the first level of the home which is a little inconvenient; however, for the great price of the room, it is worth it!

Bruce and Kathleen will be available at all times, unless out of town; however, a very trustworthy local individual will be available.

Bruce and Kathleen are lifelong residents of Maryland and wants to share their home in Rockville, Maryland to others who want to enjoy Rockville and the Washington, DC metro area.
Firstly, Bruce is a lifelong bachelor, high school and college math educator, insurance broker and networker. He is a musician (guitar, harmonica, and Saxophone) and enjoys nothing more than entertaining others. His love of all music is a passion and his knowledge about music, lyrics, and memory of songs and singers is amazing. Bruce was a semi-pro soccer player and cannot get enough sports (professional and college) on TV or live. These are passions that Bruce cannot live without!! By the way, Bruce is one of the funniest and nicest person you could ever encounter. He has never met a stranger and loves his family immensely.
Kathleen is a retired Federal Government (Civil Servant) and worked as a Grants Management Officer for many, many years. She was widowed over 10 years ago and has one lovely daughter, fabulous son in law and three of the most amazing and beautiful granddaughters on earth (somewhat biased). She has also been an antique dealer and collected antique advertising, country/primitive furniture (painted), vintage kitchen pieces, coke machines, a 1953 Seeburg jukebox and antique jewelry for over 40 years. There is no need for a psychiatrist or psychologist because all that she requires is to jump in her 1976 Triumph TR6 that she has owned for over 20 years and take it for a spin and almost immediately, all her troubles are gone. It is that much fun.
We enjoy working in our homes in Montgomery County, Maryland which includes a home in Germantown, MD, decorating, gardening, movies, entertaining and having family and friends visit. We also enjoy the Atlantic Ocean (3 1/2 hours away) which is a real treat as well as the mountains (1 hour away).
We love traveling and have been to many resorts/countries in the US and Europe.
Our motto is "you can count on our word, because our word is our bond and means everything in life!"
