Attic 2 bedrooms flat centrally located, fully fitted and warmly decorated :) Close to everything (shops, restaurants, Old Town, beaches, train station and bus stops). Please feel free to ask any further questions :)
Centrally located, you'll be close to everything, beaches, shops, restaurants, railway station, buses, old town, clubs, etc…
About transportation :
All Public transportation are easily reachable from my place. As I said under my location tab, there are 3 buses coming from airport (98, 70, 59) to my house. The bus 98 is expensive (6€) but it leaves from inside the Airport. The 59 and the 70 are cheaper (1,50 €) but you have to go out from the airport. Actually you just need to cross the Airport towards the "Promenade des Anglais", (the avenue in front of airport). Do not worry, Nice Airport is very small :)
You have to get down at the last stop for each one to get to my house, but i suggest you to gooogle my address before so you can figure out how to come from the bus stop to home.
In any case, you can always reach me by email or telephone. It will be my pleasure to help you :)
To go back to airport, you can take the 59 and the 70 from my street and go down at the stop called Aeroport/Promenade.
About taxis :
You'll find taxis at airport but you have to know that taxis here are 2 to 3 times more expensive than in Paris. Coming from Airport to down town Nice costs between 40 to 50 €.
About parking :
There are several parkings in the area. The closest are Nice Etoile and Parking Marshall. The cost is 24 € per day and 60 € for a 3 days pass. You have to know that you can also park in the street. The cost is 1,30 €/hour, and it is free between 12 and 2 pm, after 6 pm, on sundays and also on public holidays. Parking in the street is officially not allowed more than 2 hours but I have to say that none respects it here (welcome in France :) and the fact is that as long as we have paid a 2 hours ticket, we never get a fine. I should not say it as it's not the official rule, but that's how it is and I'd call it the good side of the awful french mess tradition ;)
About car rentals :
Unfortunately everybody agrees that France is the most expensive country of Europe for car rentals. If you need to rent a car, I would suggest you to have a look at this website which is kind of a "carBnb" : (URL HIDDEN)
It's a peer-to-peer car rental, much cheaper and safe.
Hope all my infos helped, and if you have any other question, please feel free to ask me by email :)
Guests should kindly remove their shoes inside the apartment :)
Wenn du bis zu 5 Tage vor deinem Aufenthalt stornierst, erhältst du eine volle Rückerstattung, inklusive Service-Gebühren.

I love hosting foreigners and travellers as a traveller myself. I love to share my culture, and at the same time discover others. Airbnb represents to me the exact spirit of hosting to travellers and foreigners, and that’s why I’m only on this website and not on any other.
5 things I couldn't live without ? Travel, music, friendship, Mondays in the sun, and … chocolate :)
My favourite travel destination is anywhere with a slight preference for London in summer, fall in New York, Tokyo in spring, winter in Nice, but also Dakar, Barcelona, Bangkok, Rio de Janeiro and … Paris!
