The living room features modern furnishings and a 42" flat panel TV.

Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
Kitchens include full size refrigerator, gas oven and 4 stove top burners, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker and housewares.

There is one Queen bed and one Double bed.

All utilities, wireless internet, local phone service and basic cable are included in your rental.

Please Note: Unit can accommodate up to 5 persons with an aerobed, which can be rented for an additional cost of $25/night. Please request when making a reservation.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war bestens organisiert, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns abends selbst kochen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Boston Common, einem sehr schönen Park.

My family enjoyed the location, value, and convenience of this 2-bedroom apartment with modern kitchen. We were really close to the Charles River Esplanade, which is great for walking or long-distance running. There's the Cheers bar, grocery store, and coffee shop only a couple blocks away. You can also easily walk to the park (gardens/commons), the downtown, shops on Newbury Street, and many restaurants and bars on Boylston Street. Initially, we looked for a 2-bedroom hotel suite in the area. Couldn't find one. Then we considered booking 2 rooms in a hotel. That would be very expensive and wouldn't provide us with a kitchen or cozy sitting area. The kitchen is complete with full-size appliances. This residence was certainly a value for the 4 of us. The elevator was big enough for 2-3 people and was a requirement for my 81-year-old father-in-law. It also allowed us to transport suitcases, as we had full-size ones for our 1-week stay. My wife purchased Trolley Tour tickets, and was able to get a pick-up at the nearby Cheers bar. We also were an easy Uber pickup (1-way street), but you may need to tell them to pickup on the main street as the "pin" for the address sometimes shows up in the alley. All in all, this place is very convenient. (However, be aware that it is not handicap accessible.) Some other details you should know about: The trash bin is in the back-alley, which you can access through the basement. The washer/dryer is on the main floor and is free. (Provide your own detergent.) There are 2 zip-car parking spots in the alley. Floor baseboard heating works great. We brought our own ground coffee, which was sufficient as the place already had the coffee brewer and filters. There was a good stock of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, mini-soap/shampoo, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods.

First time use of Airbnb and wasn't sure about using the service. In this case, EVERYTHING was fantastic! The host was accurate in describing the unit we stayed in. From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a fantastic vacation. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We walked from the unit to Cheers, Quincy Market, Fenway Park and other Boston attractions. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to visit Boston and enjoy the sights while also getting a good nights rest!
