Ito Diichi Hotel, Tanuki-no-Sato, is a Japanese style hotel with large hot spring baths for men and women. Though each room has its own bath and toilet, we recommend you to try Japanese style hot spring baths. It is a public bath just like Roman style. We have open-air hot spring baths for men and women as well. This will be a unique experience for you if you have not tried before. At the door to the hot spring bath, a manual how to use a hot spring bath is put up.
Our room is spacious enough for any designated number of guests. The room is made up with tatami mats. Your bedding is prepared with clean futon mattresses.
About housekeeping, we can clean up your room once a day with your consent. If you do not wish cleaning, no hotel staff will enter your room during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the 1st floor Lobby.
There is no curfew.
We have our original hand-drawn map of the town. You can find in this map where to eat, have coffee, walk, go sightseeing, and buy souvenirs.
If you stay more than a couple of days here, we can suggest where to go and see in the Izu Peninsula. For example, there is a rent-a-bike shop nearby. The owner of the shop can take you to a half-day bike tour, in which you descend from the foot of Mt. Omuro-yama to Jogasaki by the sea.
There are other attractions, including botanical gardens, a zoo, an alligator park, an amusement park, and different museums if you have time to explore.
Please come to Ito and the Izu Peninsula and enjoy your stay at our hotel.
We look forward to seeing you.
