I've written my version of the facts on your profile. I invite everyone to read it.
As you can check in my reviews, you are the first guest that complains about the towels and the sheets.
The smallest towels are brand new. I bought them last week. That might be one of the reasons why I got 5 stars for cleanliness, because I often replace and repair when something is broken or used. Everything is washed and I NEVER use sheets twice.
Apart from that, the so called smelly towels didn't prevent you from taking baths. The bathtub was very popular I noticed after you were gone. And the towels, you made good use of them. I found them on a heap on the ground, wet. If they were really so bad, why didn't you tell me right away?
You were already drinking in the room the whole evening, having a party there, when at 1h20 you went out to get more booze. You might have forgotten, but I came down twice. Once at midnight to ask friendly to quiet down a bit. The second time at about 1h30 o'clock when you were just continuing laughing and having fun in such a loud way that I was concerned about my other guests. That was also the moment when I heard a 3rd person in the room, with a local accent, who problably came along with the booze. You offered me to search the room which I declined because I found it too embarrassing.
I saw overspilled cups on the table, there was loud music, probably from a bluetooth device and you were just having plain fun. You might not remember it, because you had been drinking. But that's just how it is.
I've never threatened to kick you out in the middle of the night. Check the message that I've sent you at 1h36. It says: 'Check out tomorrow at 11h the latest. Sooner if possible. Thanks.' If Airbnb reads this comment, they can check who is telling the truth. I've sent a second message at 10h40 saying: 'See you downstairs at 11h. Please don't be late'. At 11h you were both downstairs and checked out. That's how it went. Check your messages.
I've welcomed you warmly, although you checked in much later without warning me. I've explained using a map where to go, what to see. I've done my best to make you feel at home. But somehow it went wrong. You really made a lot of noise. And I only asked the second night, the first time very friendly to quieten down a bit. But then you went out to get more booze and just continued. That's when I came down for a 2nd time ...
