Our bright and spacious and Victorian home is just 200 meters from the mainline rail station. An ideal base from where to explore many of Cornwall's sights and beaches. There is a south facing rear garden, three bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, two shower rooms and two reception rooms, one of which features a sofa bed.
Although the house dates from Victorian times, it has recently undergone a total refurbishment so there are all the features of a Victorian house - large rooms, high ceilings etc as well as all the creature comforts of modern homes, gas central heating, double glazing, wifi etc.
The town offers the perfect base from where to explore Cornwall with many of the tourist towns accessible by train and bus or by car. The train to Truro takes 10 minutes, the very picturesque fishing village of St Ives can be reached in under 40 minutes by train.
Outside the gardens and rear patio enjoy sunshine for most of the day.
The sitting room is spacious with plenty of seating for 6. The three bedrooms have a King sized, standard double and 4ft beds respectively. By prior arrangement we can make up a sofa bed in the large master bedroom. On the lower ground floor is the second reception room with a sofa bed, arm chair and direct access to the garden.
Whilst there is no bathtub, both showers are powerful and there is unlimited hot water in the smaller shower room whilst the upstairs shower room can offer up to three hot showers before the booster is required.
The kitchen has all mod cons, washer-dryer, dishwasher, double oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and cupboards full of utensils.
The house is arranged over three floors, is bright and spacious and would suit both families or groups of friends alike.

Guests will have the sole use of the house and gardens. Late check ins/outs are sometimes possible.

The gate at the bottom of the garden shall remained padlocked at all times
Access to the basement store room is strictly prohibited
