A recently refurbished beautiful regency two bedroom duplex apartment in the centre of Cheltenham. Furnished to a very high standard with newly fitted modern bathrooms and kitchen. Located in the centre of Cheltenham town in an iconic building providing panoramic views of the Regency Buildings in Cheltenham high street. Comfortable furnishings including plush bedding and towels as well as a fully equipped large kitchen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, leading up the stairwell to the entrance door to Apartment 2. The property boasts high ceilings throughout, large roof light, feature full length sash windows and decorative cornicing and original fireplaces. The large living space is contemporary furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table and large 4 seater dining table and comfortable chairs. The large modern fitted kitchen hosts integrated electric appliances inc Fridge-Freezer, washing machine and oven and is fully equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. The bedrooms consist of feature fireplace, sash windows one with an en suite shower room, double bed, bedding and towels included, clothes hanging space or wardrobe. The main bathroom is a large modern fitted room with large bath, toilet & basin. The contemporary en-suite has a shower, basin and toilet.

You will have access to the full apartment over the two floors. Accessed by stairwell to the first floor into Apartment 2 entrance door then a further flight of stairs with roof light to the 2nd floor, where you can access the Kitchen, Lounge and stairs to the third floor to the bedrooms.

You will be provided with a welcome pack to help you plan the most of your trip and we are happy to provide any additional information you may require. You will also be provided with a contact who will be available throughout your stay should you wish to contact us.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners, salt and pepper as standard.

Our apartments come with fully integrated Wi Fi and high speed broad band (100MB). New flat screen TV's offering digital tv experience. There is also a blu ray player so please bring along your favourite films.

We will also supply all clean bedding, towels, tea towels, toilet rolls for up to 4 guests (additional bedding and towels can be provided but will incur additional charges)

We are situated in the main High Street in Cheltenham town centre in an iconic regency building. This property is unique and will offer you a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business guests as offers fast broadband and easy access to Cheltenham businesses and easy travel to other towns business parks on the fringe of Cheltenham.

We are based in central Cheltenham and there are bus stops directly outside of the property. We are less than a minute walk from the main bus depot and easily accessible on foot. There are several car parks within a minute or two walk of the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Race Course if you are prepared to walk a little further.

There is no parking offered with the property, however there are several car parks within walking distance of the apartments and we will provide information on these as part of your booking. The apartment is situated in the middle of the High St and so is easily accessible by bus and taxi and is a very short walk from Cheltenham's bus station.
