**Pets are accepted but must be approved by manager prior to making the reservation. $100 fee per pet, non-refundable. Currently, the Airbnb system does not add this fee at check out so we have to add it manually after booking.
**No illegal drugs on the property at any time.
**All of our properties are non-smoking. Some have areas outside to smoke. Please inquire before booking.
**All guests must supply current photo ID upon check-in.
**Latest check in time is 9PM unless other arrangements are made. Almost all of our check-ins are hosted check-ins where our manager checks you into the property.
**We do our best to supply our guests with check in details but sometimes our mails get lost in the Airbnb system. It is the responsibility of the guest to supply us with a real email address and give us all details of your arrival to make sure your check-in runs smoothly.
**Our goal is to keep our homes well maintained and secure for all or our guests. We want you to enjoy your visit and respect the home and neighbors.
**We suggest you purchase trip insurance. BUY TRIP INSURANCE as we have a strict Cancellation policy.
**Additional guest charges apply to all guests, adults, infants and children.
**I understand that I am renting in the tropics. With the tropics comes heat, humidity and often various creature including bugs. I understand that although the host exterminates, nature is nature and it's impossible to control bugs at all times in the tropics.
** I understand that even though the host does their very best, at times things do break or go wrong and the host will do everything in their power to correct the issue as fast as possible. I will attempt to take things in stride.
**99% of our guests are wonderful and these rules are simply guidelines as most guests are very respectful of our homes. These rules are created for the small percentage of guests who may not be clear on how Vacation Rental Homes work.

Loved the house! The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The house was just as advertised, if not better. Lot's of different places to sit and relax outside and in. Great location - only about a 2 minute drive to Publix, and a few minutes from the beach and i95. Miguel, who helps check you in, was a great and attentive manager of the property and can help if you have any questions. A really great house to relax and unwind.

Jeffery's place felt like home. They had really thought about all the little details that one might need on a perfect holiday: the house was so well equipped, cosy, beautifully decorated and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great house! I chose it based on its layout and it's pet friendliness. It's beautifully decorated and maintained. Everything we needed was there. Literally. The rooms were cozy and inviting. It really feels like home. I can't say enough about the back yard. The gardens are gorgeous. It's full of beautiful plants, flowers, and trees. It really was an oasis, completely fenced in and private. I rarely left because I was so happy just relaxing out back. The pool and hot tub are immaculate. We watched a storm roll in from the screened in porch. Awesome. We enjoyed some of the local eateries which are all extremely close. This was my first Airbnb experience and I'm so glad I stayed with Jeffery and Miguel. They were such gracious hosts. I will surely come back someday!

Larkan, Thanks for your nice review. Heffron Manor is a very special home. The home belongs to my dear friend Sally who is 80. She purchased the home and it was a dump. I spent a year and a great deal of money and turned it into what it is today. It was a labor of love for a very special person. The decor and accommodations took the confortable to the next level. We we there for a mom's getaway and lounged by the pool for most of the stay. We didn't feel comfortable walking to Wilton Place, so we utilized UBEReats for meals. Outside of a small drainage issue in the first bathroom, we'd stay here again and again in a heartbeat!!

Awesome home close to bars. Beautiful home. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time in the back yard! Pool and jacuzzi are great! Will come back again!

Just returned home from Jeffery's in Fort Lauderdale, and we can honestly say that it was one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was gorgeous, clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with essentials. We could have spent our entire vacation just lounging in the backyard! Miguel and Jeffery were a pleasure to deal with. Would love to come back!

I have been renting vacation rental homes in Mexico and Florida since 1999. Today I rent about 45 properties, mostly in Puerto Vallarta and Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors. I now have my first property on the West Coast of Florida on Anna Maria Island.

I own about half of the homes, some by myself and some with a business partner. Although I am an agent, I have a close connection to all of those who's homes I rent. In many cases, I designed the interiors for the property, and then took over rentals and management. All of our properties are self contained living spaces with no interior spaces shared with others. Some of the garden and pool areas are shared.

In both Mexico and the US we have full time staff to make sure your stay goes smoothly. So if you are looking for a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta or Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors, give us a try.

On a more personal level, Airbnb has been a very uplifting chapter in my life. Their philosophy of inclusion, belonging, sharing kindness and exploring life, is a great way for us all to look at life. I'm excited for the future.
