The place is accurate, nevertheless, it is manage by a really incompetent company. They sent me the wrong code for the master lock and I spent around 3.5 hours outside trying to contact them. The office phone is no good for check in because it only round until 4pm (check in time). The 'emergency' number is a joke, is a mail box, you need to record a message and hope to hear back from them. If it wasn't because Anila contact me I would never had hear from the company running her apartment. They told Anila that someone from the company was coming, but he never arrive... we wait for him another 30min before going out to eat. We had tickets for a cruise at 6pm we never went. And the company never contact us back to apologize or reimbursed the tickets... I don't think this was Anila's fault, but the company that runs her place.... to be fair with her, I do have to say that the place is pretty and spacious and is 10 min walk to Harvard square and 10 min walk to central square.
