To the right of the entrance hallway is a generously proportioned living and dining area. With windows at either end of the room, it is incredibly light and beautifully furnished. With gas fireplace and a couple of cream sofas and a large ottoman for extra seating. The other half of this room is the dining area. A long table seats eight people comfortably. Downstairs to a delightful modern kitchen opening out to a garden through glassed patio doors. There is a large American style fridge/freezer and all the appliances you would expect from a home of this standard. For a casual snack there is a bar style work top with two stools. The garden is perfect for families looking to enjoy the warm summer months. It is very private and boasts a lot of greenery and outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco dining or simply just relaxing on with a book. The kitchen leads through to the second living area; better described as a 'snug' it is cosy and warm - making an excellent retreat. There is a wood burning fireplace, a sofa, brown leather armchair, flat screen television with satellite connection and a coffee table. There's also a small bureau/desk with a chair and an array of shelves brimming with books reflecting the owners' passion for cooking. On request we can place an extra luxury air mattress in the living room which can accommodate a further two people. On the first floor is the big family bathroom. There's a bath, separate waterfall shower, heated towel rail, oversized basin and a WC. On the second floor are two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed - with a built in television. Next to this bedroom is another double room. This room is furnished with a free standing wardrobe and two bedside tables. On the top floor is the third bedroom with a single bed, which pulls out into another double. There is a chest of drawers, free standing wardrobe and a wall mounted mirror.

Please note the Host has a pet dog and whilst the dog won't be present during guest stays the house is not suitable for severe allergy sufferers. This is a period property spread over 3 floors with the kitchen in the basement.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
