Situated on the peninsula that is North Bondi, a secluded and exclusive quiet area with a 3 minute walk to the iconic Bondi Beach, a Sydney Landmark.
This garden apartment flows beautifully throughout with a large open plan living room, 40 square metres, with kitchen and dining area onto a paved outdoor area, grass at the edge of the Ben Buckler cliff face, looking out to sea. The apartment faces east to spectacular sunrises, passing pods of whales and sailing fleets. Standing at the glass fence you have a 180 degree view of the ocean, storms rolling by, dolphins, whales and the waves crashing on the rocks below.
Located on the ground floor, it is a bright apartment with new kitchen, appliances and furniture. There are recently polished timber floorboards throughout, an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 65 inch LED TV, with cable connection and wireless broadband internet.
The bedroom with a queen bed is a 25 sq metres with large built in wardrobes, with 3 large cupboards ready for guest usage. The marble tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a double shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.
Adjacent to the bathroom is a laundry with a 6kg washing machine and separate sensor dryer. There is a dehumidifier machine located there as well.
The Kitchen is new and fully equipped with a new microwave, oven, cooktop dishwasher & fridge. There are an array of cooking utensils. There are some supplies in the fridge and cupboards including butter, multiple jams, condiments, oils etc should you wish to cook. There are some drinks in the refrigerator which can be consumed but with the expectation of being replaced by the guests.
All towels, bedding and linen will be provided including beach towels. The apartment sleeps two adults. A further single bed is available for use if needed so can accomodate 3 as needed.
We supply a beach umbrella and picnic basket for your use.

The whole apartment will be for your use. The apartment is about 70 sq metres and is set up for guests. There is only one cupboard where our belongings are stored.
One parking space is available on discussion and may incur a separate charge at some times of the year, depending on the accommodation fees.
With every guest we try to meet you personally and give you a detailed handover of the apartment, the building and show you the surrounds as well as local amenities.
The grassed area in front of the apartment is not for exclusive use by the apartment, but is common area, in practice it is rarely used by others in the building and will be mostly for your enjoyment, with reasonable privacy.
There is a common area roof space with amazing views over the beach, as well as a barbeque that can be used but must be cleaned after every use.
Interaktion mit Gästen
You only need to contact us during your stay if there are any problems we can assist you with, and we are happy to be contacted for anything you need. Other than that we will leave you to enjoy the place. We text in the first days to just check that all is going well. We are contactable 24/7 for urgent issues and will respond in normal hours to any concerns that you might have, to maximise your enjoyment of the space. We are very flexible with check in and although the hours state checkin 3pm and checkout 11am we are always happy to be flexible depending on other bookings.
We prefer to think of it as guidelines rather than rules:
- Please feel at home and enjoy it but look after it as if it were your own
- Please do not smoke inside or in the building areas, including the garden.
- Respect the needs of the permanent residents of the building. This is an apartment in a shared building and we expect that our guests respect the needs of the people that live there.
- Treat the apartment like it were your own. Also leave it like you would want to find it (albeit that cleaners will still come in after you)
There cannot be any parties or events at this apartment.
There is a neighbourhood cat that sometimes visits, he is not welcome inside the apartment, as we have cat fur allergies and don't want this cat inside.

I love hosting others in my place. Although I love my Bondi place myself and use it on weekends, it gives me great pleasure seeing others enjoy what has been a fun project. It is lovely connecting with different people, even if its only brief meetings.
