Freshly renovated sunny apartment in the 10th Arrondissement. Situated on a quiet street near the vibrant Faubourg St Denis area the apartment has been designed for a family or couples wanting an extraordinary space in the centre of Paris.
The apartment has been recently been renovated with love and care and attention to detail. Situated on the second floor there is no elevator but it's an easy walk-up as the first floor is only a half-storey (entresol). The apartment has a huge open plan living/dining/kitchen area which is perfect for cooking and eating food from the nearby food markets. The kitchen includes a professional 6-burner cooking range and a large array of cooking equipment. There are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The two other bedrooms have high ceilings and walk-in closets. There is a large guest bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a guest WC in the hall. There is a balcony overlooking the street that runs the length of the apartment that, when sunny, is the perfect spot for breakfast of a pre-dinner drink.
Zugang für Gäste

Interaktion mit Gästen
I try to personally greet all guests and show them around on arrival although a full set of house instructions are left in the apartment. When guests are staying I will normally be nearby so I can help with any enquiries and suggest local cafés, restaurants and shops so as to help them make the most of their stay.
Weitere wichtige Infos
I also have a studio in the building so additional guests are possible (subject to availability).
No smoking apartment (although there is a lovely balcony!) Like many Parisian apartments, we have lots of neighbours so guests are asked not to make too much noise after 10pm. The apartment is lovingly furnished with many of my pictures on the walls. Guests are encouraged to treat the apartment as if it was their own so as to feel totally at home but also with care and respect.
I am British but have been living in France since 1990. I used to be a lawyer in the film business before becoming a film and television producer. I am now a self-employed commercial artist living between Paris and Burgundy.
