I have a long list of those who have rented my rooms; many for long-term and most all have remained friends. We have a clean house with simple rules which most appreciate as a good place from which to pursue their studies or careers. Jacqueline seemed to have had a completely different idea of common sense rules and even how to courteously interact with others: bringing in noisy guests, dominating the kitchen, leaving the sink full of dirty dishes and bags of personal trash around right up to the last minute of her checkout–all the while demanding much of others. In addition, she damaged and created a full-length stain on a brand new mattress. The other flat-mates are glad she left. Many students and professionals have, over the years, found our rooms clean, quiet, friendly and the ideal place from which to launch into Boston.
