Get away from it all to this beautiful and tranquil small village in the mountains surrounded by idyllic nature. Relax on the sunny balcony with a great view, go on hikes straight from the doorstep or drive to lakes, castles and charming towns. Have fun on the family ski slope and enjoy other snow sports in winter. You'll be staying in a comfortable, self-catering apartment on the upper level of our house. We live on the ground level and rent out another apartment on the lower ground level.
This self-catering apartment (57m²) on the upper floor of our house has two double bedrooms with large and comfortable beds (sheets provided), two en suite bathrooms with showers (towels provided), kitchen with dining space (including hob with oven, fridge with freezing compartment, kettle, drip coffee machine, cookware, tableware, etc), large balcony and spacious roof terrace. We named this apartment "Edelweiss" after the Edelweiss flower, because from the balcony of this apartment you get beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, where this rare flower grows.
The entrance to the house and the hallway are shared. The whole upstairs area (the apartment, balcony and terrace) is your private area. We live on the ground floor. We also offer a lower ground floor apartment called "Edelstein" for rent in the same house: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13107686.
Please also see the "Location/Neighbourhood" section for information about the area and things to do and see.
Zugang für Gäste
Guests can also access our laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer.
Interaktion mit Gästen
We'll be available to offer help throughout your stay, as we live on the ground floor of the house.

- We usually have quiet time between 23:00 and 06:00 (within reason).
- We are very happy to host families with infants small and children but we have no equipment or safety measures for them. We selected the "suitable for infants and children" option because we have been hosting them safely before.

We are Patrycja and Guy. We like nature, travelling, hiking and snow sports. In spring 2016 we decided to live the dream and move to the Austrian Alps. Our home is called Haus Idyll. It has three levels, we live on the ground floor and rent out the other two - Edelweiss Apartment on the upper floor and Edelstein Apartment on the lower ground floor.
We'll be happy to tell you all about the many beautiful walking and hiking routes in the area and other things to do and see. If you want, Guy would be happy to accompany you on hikes, depending on his availability at the time. Patrycja speaks English and Polish while Guy speaks English and German.
