Pranav firstly sorry for any inconvinience caused to your guest as i heard you your self were not present at the premises.
We did not mention anywhere that we provide any help for cooking or cleaning any utensils, nor did we mention that we provide any food facilities to any of our guest, we suggested that if you want you can always order food from cloud 9 resort as that is most convinient, or else you can always get food from may other places like Hilton, Amby valley, or other small restaurants in the vacinity of 5 kms. Where as the pool is concerened we have a small pool for just sitting or taking a dip, obviously you can not take a Lap as it is a private pool, and we do not provide towels, where as other sanitry items like soap and shampoo was provided, and if our caretaker asked you to check out he did it only at 1130 pm which is clearly mentioned on the website that the check out is 12 pm , so whether the next client is there or not does not make a difference as even some time is required to clean the place before the next client is there, hope you understand that even you will require a place clean when you check in.
And your guest found it difficult to contact me as you had booked the place and some one else had gone to use the premises, so the contact details did not match the details provided by Airbnb.
So i do not feel that you were cheated at any point, it just the mis communication between you and your Guest/Client who had stayed at our premises.
