One of the BEST locations in San Diego. Enjoy being walking distance to Old Town and having easy access to the rest of San Diego. Drive a car or utilize the Old Town Transit Center where you can take the train, trolly, coaster, sprinter and amtrak. It's less than 1/2 mile away.
This private 400sf with an incredible 200sf private outdoor livingroom. It is comfortable and a fully functioning home. Enjoy cable TV and wifi while you cook in or walk to a nearby restaurant and explore San Diego.
This Mexican-Style, charming casita is located inside a gated, quiet casita cottage community that used to be a bed and breakfast. Now most of the residents live there full-time, so please be mindful of upholding the relaxing, quiet, retreat-like vibes.
Quiet hours are at 10 PM.
No smoking inside the cottage.
No pets please.
Well behaved kids are okay.
There is a coin operated laundry room if you walk outside to the big tree and turn right.
Laundry detergent and quarters can be obtained next door at Old Town Liquor & Deli (they also have coffee, breakfast and the best sandwiches in San Diego!)
There is a trash and recycling area behind the laundry room if you keep walking past the laundry room and turn left.
Please do not litter cig butts anywhere in the property. Throw them away.
If the weather is nice sleeping with the windows open and screen door locked is fresh and nice.
I own the casita next door too. Maybe you and your party would enjoy booking both rooms!
Make sure to read my other tips and recommendations & to have fun!

Hello! I am a yoga instructor and spray tan artist who runs a vacation rental business on airbnb offering two properties side by side. I used to use one the properties as my primary residence, and then I offered the other as long term rentals. I've since moved and recently, I discovered my HOA allows for my casitas to be set up as short-term vacation rentals. It's my first year as an airbnb host and I have found one of my callings for many reasons. I truly enjoy creating a nice cozy space for people to enjoy. It inspires and soothes my inner interior designer. Everything you'll find my rentals was hand selected by me digging through thrift stores and bargain shops in Tucson and in San Diego. I wanted to create spaces that we unique and had their own style and flavor to offer a home-like-quality that was something different from a hotel and cookie-cutter rental. I also enjoy the hospitality element of hosting vacationers and businesspeople. I like hearing people's stories and sharing my favorite San Diego places to go with people. My goal is to create lasting relationships with people and to host them again, and again year after year so that my second home can also be theirs.
