This colourful 3 bedroom family home is located in Vauxhall, just 10 minutes drive from Westminster.
On the ground floor of the house is the main living room looking out over the front street. With bright yellow walls, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, this inviting room offers a place to put your feet up and relax after a day in the City! The sofa can also be made into a double bed to accommodate two guests comfortably. The main corridor leads you further to the laundry room at the rear of the house, with its access to a small paved outdoor area. The communal gardens can be accessed separately, by walking around the block to the main gate. The laundry/utilities room is fully equipped with a washing machine and heated dryer etc. The family bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a small bathtub/shower and square basin.

On the first floor of the house there is a very handy laundry shoot to the left, and then a bedroom with bold blue walls and a balcony looking over the gardens. The room is furnished with a single bed and an en suite shower enclosure. There is a separate WC powder room next door to the bedroom.

Across the hall is the spacious master bedroom with very large windows overlooking the front street, and letting in generous amounts of natural light. It is decorated stylishly with a king-sized bed, pretty hanging lights and a silver feature wall with a decorative fireplace. Its en suite bathroom has green Moroccan tiling and offers the comfort of both a bath and a separate shower enclosure.

On the second floor is the third bedroom, tastefully finished in red with a single bed (as well as a single muji mattress), dressing table and an en suite walk-in shower. This room has a lovely balcony offering wonderful views of the communal gardens. There is a separate WC next door for convenience.
Across the hall is the open-plan eat-in kitchen which makes excellent use of space and light. The bulk of the room is taken up by a sitting and dining area, with a large benched table (able to seat up to 10) and gorgeous upholstered seating. Tucked to one side is a compact little kitchen, equipped with a Falcon range cooker and dishwasher amongst other up-to-date facilities. It is centred with a tall cocoa tree stretching all the way up to the roof!

Another short flight of stairs will take you to a stunning roof terrace which has built-in Barbecue! Guests will love dining al fresco on those sunny afternoons/evenings, or simply enjoying the fresh air and pretty rooftop views.

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.

Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
