Close to all Whistler's amenities, (walking distance or free shuttle), yet very quiet. This suite has undergone a complete refreshment and updating. Lots of storage. The townhome is fully furnished

Booking Policies / Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellations

The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises without prior written consent to the Owner.

We encourage guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.
Guests are requested to leave the suite in a clean condition, as it was on initial occupation.

• Additional charges will be applied if there are unwashed dishes, spills, or excessive food scraps etc to be disposed of. Cleaning are under the kitchen’s sink in case the need arise.

• Guests are expected to dispose of their own garbage using the building facilities. Used towels, linen etc should be left in the bathtub.

• Guests are requested to shut off all faucets, turn off all electrical devices and lights and lock the door when leaving the apartment.

• Items such as dishes, cutlery, hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc are provided for your convenience, please feel free to make use of it and return them in the original place so our next guests can use them.

• Initial supply of tissue, toilet paper, Qtip, cotton pads, foil, plastic wrap and other consumables are provided to start off your stay.

• Please refrain from removing makeup using the towels. Cotton puffs are provided for that purpose.

• Please do not re-arrange furniture items

• Please do not remove beddings and bed linens from the bed. Used beddings and bed linens should be left on the bed after check out.

• Please do not place luggage bags or suitcases on the bed or couch. This is to prevent the spread of any potential bed bugs and hygiene.


Check-in Policies

The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email at the day of arrival. Our property has the door code which will be generated and issued to you for the dates of your stay.

All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.

Guests are expected to notify the Owner immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.

Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. The Owner retains the right to refuse access to the property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.

Not Suitable For:

- House parties of any kind

- No pets

- Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.

- Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.

•Missing Items: Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.

•No strangers allowed in the unit.

Additional prices:

Extra People: $25 CAD/night after 4 guests

Weekly discount: 10%

Cleaning fee: $150CAD

Returning customer: 10% discount


Housekeeping

The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. The property has laundry facilities in the unit. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.

Parking

There is the underground visitor’s parking as well as the visitor’s parking by the entrance to the complex from the Blackcomb Way, it is operating on first come first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact the Owner to to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.

Smoking

Our townhouse is 100% SMOKE FREE property. The evidence of smoking inside outside will result in a $500 fine.

Pets

Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.


Noise
In Whistler, quiet hours are between 10 pm to 9 am.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning. Please observe or you may receive a $200 fine.


Liability Disclaimer

Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.

The Guests are responsible and liable for all damages. Guest releases the Owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands by or from any cause whatsoever.

Internet Availability & Usage: Unauthorized exchange/download/upload of copyrighted material (music, movies, software, etc.) is strictly prohibited under this rental agreement and tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and from any civil or criminal prosecution that may result from such unauthorized and prohibited use. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.

Disclaimer

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted

Lovely place in a great location. Quiet, but a short walk to the Village. Well-equipped, and a bit larger than the pics suggest. Can sleep a lot of people but, if all adults, six is probably the max. Even then, two people have to sleep in the bunk bed room, which is two double beds topped with single beds. That said, the upstairs couch is a futon, so eight adults could be accommodated, but there would be no room around the dining room table, as the chairs are huge (and wonderful) but only six fit around. Anyhow, highly recommended. It's private, clean, and well-equipped. Thank you, Mila.

Beautiful place that was a short walk to all the amenities of Whistler Village. The place had more than enough room for 3 couples and a full sized kitchen allowed us to have meals at "home".
