A lovely designer built house at the edge of Terrington a traditional conservation which used to form part of Castle Howard in the AONB of the Howardian Hills. Sitting on a quiet lane with views across to the National Park it's an oasis of peace and quiet, comfort and warmth. It has its own private garden with a sunny glass covered terrace. It has comfortable sitting room with woodburner & TV, sun room, fully equipped modern kitchen. New Wells is a pretty house ideal for both summer & winter .
New Wells has an open plan sitting room with dining table and french windows through to the South facing sun room. Access to the garden from there gives onto a glass covered terrace with table and bench which is a lovely place for outdoor eating. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower over bath, there is a second double bedroom with en suite walk in shower and two single bedrooms which share a bathroom. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and French windows out onto the garden which gives easy access for those who cannot manage the stairs and it has the use of a downstairs walk in shower room and lavatory with hand rails for safety. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room - if guests are using the sofa bed they would share the shower room with the guests using the other downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a top quality range cooker and there is a laundry for guests. There is no direct WiFi access but guests are welcome to use the WiFi at Old Wells which means a 50 yard walk through the gardens

We do not provide breakfast but there are tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen.
The house has a large flat screen TV in the sitting room.
We provide a lovely clean space for our guests and we ask that they leave the house in a similar state. We would be grateful if guests did their washing up and left the kitchen clean and tidy too.
We are fine with boots in the back door vestibule but not through the house please as we have light coloured carpet throughout.
