We were so appreciative of the delicious made-to-order breakfast (you choose the time it is prepared, and what you'd like to eat the night before), as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, although the decor is dated and the towels were small. We walked into the downtown area, which was about 25-30 minutes away. One frustration was that we had about $30 in fees at check-out for taxes, besides the Airbnb fee.

This is a really nice inn on a quiet street and very walkable to Niagara Falls. Our stay was very short but we enjoyed the morning breakfast and the view. We wished we could have stayed longer :)

Amazing stay! The location of the B&B was right by the river and a 10 minute walk to the WEGO bus stops. 15 min walk to the falls. The room was nice, we had a balcony overlooking the river. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The best part was the breakfast! Home made pastries and quiches were so delicious! We looked forward to our breakfast every day! Really great experience, would recommend to anyone!

This is our first time in Canada & visiting Niagara Falls. The location of the property is great since it's nearby the scenic views while a 10-15 minute walks to the main areas. In addition, we had a beautiful view of the NY side across the way while looking out our balcony. The complimentary breakfast was exquisite! We enjoyed our food and stay. There was also an iron & board in the room which was something we needed as our packing skills were on a whim. They also have parking available during your stay which is another plus since parking can be pricey. The room is cute and quaint. Overall, a great place to stay.

The price was very reasonable and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was not bad. Wish we could have seen the Falls from balcony. A bus stop closer would have been nice. I enjoyed the walk but my husband was not as physically fit for it. But we both enjoyed our trip extremely! Having a balcony was a bonus.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings. From our acquisition of Niagara Grandview Manor in 2014, our collective team now manages properties which were built between 1891 and 1925. My company, Niagara Historical Inns & Vacation Rentals, continues to invest heavily in the infrastructure of our historical homes. If you choose to stay with us, your family will be serviced by our central check-in service, on-site management, daily housekeeping, and finally a fabulous cooked to order breakfast courtesy of Chef Joseph Hughes.

I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.

Yours truly,

John Pinter
