There are 3 fireplaces throughout Holly House, making this home the perfect place to relax after a day out on the slopes or on the water. The kitchen is well equipped and has beautiful pine cabinetry.

The main level of the home features an open living room, dining area, a large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful pine cabinetry, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area.
One bedroom has a Queen size bed and fireplace. The other is great for kids with a set of bunk beds, a twin size bed, and a large window that looks out into the forested back yard.
Near the entrance of Holly House you will find a small stair case that leads up to the Master Suite which features a fireplace, a large walk in closet, a private bath with a jetted-tub overlooking the balcony into the forested backyard, and a private balcony to relax and have a cup of coffee. The Master Suite has plenty of seating for late night story telling with the kids and is big enough for your own personal hideaway.
Holly house is off the main road but still close to downtown Tahoe City restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. In the summer guests will enjoy playing in the backyard or hopping on their bikes to ride on the bike path leading to Tahoe City, Squaw, or Sugar Pine Point State Park. Winter guests will enjoy being close to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Homewood Ski Resorts.

Parking is not allowed on the street from Nov 1 - May 1 so you will want to car pool accordingly. We have room for 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway)
The nightly rate and cleaning fee includes a county Transient Occupancy Tax of 10%
We primarily ask that you be respectful of our home and neighbors.
Leave our home in the same condition it was when you arrived. Follow the departure instructions provided in your in your welcome packet to avoid extra cleaning fees.
Fireplace: Please place ashes in metal bucket if the fireplace gets full. Do not throw in trash as embers remain hot and can be a fire hazard.
From November 1st to May 1st, on-street parking is illegal due to snow removal operations and you will be ticketed and/or towed. Please plan accordingly.
Parties, excessive noise, rowdy behavior, loud music or other nuisances will not be tolerated.
Do not use our bath towels at the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
We highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance in case you have to cancel, which we offer at Tahoe Rental Company. Call us for more information.
